Luxury Watch & Jewelry Consignments in St Simons Island, GA

Jewelry and watch buyers work three ways: an outright offer, a consignment where the shop sells the piece and splits the proceeds, or a pawn loan against it. Outright offers are lowest and fastest; consignment usually brings the most but can take months. Luxury watches with box and papers, and diamonds with a GIA report, get materially better offers.

Ask whether the quote is based on melt value or resale value; designer pieces and signed watches should be priced on resale. Independent appraisals are worth it above a few thousand dollars.
